At the property I made contact with Daffney, who stated that they did have karaoke in the past but due to the complaints they stopped doing it. I did advised her that since they are in a residential zone that any noise that spills to neighboring properties there will be complaints. I told her that if they plan to continue with any amplified music, that they speak with the planning department to obtain a use permit. |
