Gates locked, high fence. No trespassing signs posted on fence. Appliances in front yard (changing out cabinetry, appliances like stoves and dishwashers don't require a permit). Windows covered in plastic from the inside. Saw mostly paint containers and decorative molding. Unable to see anything from the public right-of-way area. close case |
