Emergency call out from TFD for an unsanitary interior of this property. I observed unsanitary living conditions inside of this property. The drywall ceiling is ripped apart and coming down in most of this property. The inside of the property has rat feces all over the floor and a large accumulation of spider webs. The individual was taken to the hospital for a medical evaluation and will not return to the property. I condemned the property for lack of egress and unsanitary living conditions. |
