Manager onsite with business owner on photo, explained circumstances and the need to obtain permits. They have been notified to keep vacant and secured. There was a person at the 3200 N. 1st Ave roof top stripping components from AC units (coils), he stated was told by the owner to do so. Smoke shop business manager confirmed he is the owner’s worker and was told to be there. TEP has been notified to disconnect power, posted unfit to occupy placards on the building. Tucson Police on site during interaction and during disconnection of the power. |
