Drywall missing in bedrooms exposing electrical wiring in walls. Doors in rooms are not attached to the hinges. Bathroom light fixtures hanging from the wires. Lighting does not work. Window missing in the bathroom. No GFCI in the bathroom or kitchen. Completing shutdown paper work. Contacted Community Health and Wellness for occupant 7 children and 2 adults. |
