245 PM - Smoke detector has been installed in the living room. No smoke detector in the bedroom, there was previously a smoke detector in the bathroom sink area but it has been removed by the Tenant. Paint is peeling in bedroom area, may have previously been a leak in this area. Drywall is bubbling out in kitchen soffit above the fridge. Flooring is peeling in the kitchen creating a trip hazard. -VM |
