ON SITE WITH TFD, SW GAS, TEP, AND RESIDENT. THERE WAS A FIRE IN THE ABOVE UNIT 9235. WATER WAS DRAINING FROM THE CEILING INTO THE EXHAUST FAN OF THE BATHROOM AND THE HALL CEILING AREA OF UNIT 9135. TEP BOOTED THE METER. THE UNIT IS CONDEMNED UNTIL THE UNIT CAN BE VERIFIED SAFE BY A LICENSED CONTRACTOR. |
