VISITED SITE, I DROVE THE WEST SIDE OF OF THE BUILDING ADDRESSED TO 1011 THERE WERE NO FACADES OR GREENSCAPE ON THE WEST SIDE. I DROVE THE EAST SIDE OF THE STRUCTURE, FOUND TREES PLANTED BETWEEN THE SIDEWALK AREA AND THE CURB. WE DO NOT ENFORCE THE C/O OR INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS. WE WOULD ENFORCE TREES BEING REMOVED OR REPLANTED ON A COMMERCIAL BUILDING. ALL TREES WERE FOUND WHERE THEY WERE ORIGINALLY PLANTED, TREES DO CONOPY OVER THE SIDEWALK AREA, I DO BELEIVE THAT COMPLAINTANT NEEDS TO CONTACT OWNER / MANAGER TO GET THE TREES TRIMMED. C/E DOES NOT GET INVOLVED WITH C/O ISSUES. NO VIOLATION. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE. |
