C/E INSPECTION FOUNT THE OPEN WOOD AND BEAM CEILING RECEIVED HEAVY FIRE DAMAGE. ELECTRICAL WIRING OUTLETS, SWITCHES AND OUT FIXTURES FIRE DAMAGED. PLUMBING PIPES TO THE BATHROOM WERE EXPOSED FROM THE BEDROOM SIZE DUE TO MISSING DRYWALL. THERE WAS ALSO HEAVY SMOKE AND WATER DAMAGE THRU OUT THE ONE BEDROOM UNIT. TITAN RESTORATION WAS CONTACTED BY THE OWNER TO TAKE PICTURES AND VIDEO OF THE FIRE DAMAGE. ARCADIAN WAS CONTACTED TO SECURE ALL WINDOWS. DOORS WERE PROPERLY LOCKED BY THE PROPERTY MANAGER. POWER AND GAS WERE LEFT OFF. UNIT WAS POSTED " DO NOT ENTER, UNFIT TO OCCUPY". NOV TO BE SENT TO THE OWNER.
