Had a fire in the upper unit and the water was leaking from the ceiling where the upper unit had water standing on the flooring. The bottom unit was starting to have puddles on the flooring. There is no fire damage and only the water damage and will have to be checked on the drywall falling from the ceilings. The electrical was removed at the meter and has no gas. The property was checked for gas and was good by SWG. The tenant was going to be placed by the management to another room on the property. Will meet at daylight hours to have the paperwork signed. The tenant was able to secure the unit. RV. |
