308 PM - New HVAC system installed on roof. The front window has been partially enclosed. Formerly front storage/enclosed room has been converted to a new carport. Block wall at side and rear yards has been raised, is at and exceeds 6 feet; gate has been removed and replaced with a block wall. Spoke to owner on site, says he bought the home about 2 weeks ago and the remodel was completed by the seller. Did research real estate listings and based upon this data, would appear the front window, HVAC and carport violations were done prior to the property being listed for sale. Will issue a citation to the responsible party for the remodel and a NOV to current owner. -VM |
