07/24/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Followed up. Occupant states the rental unit is still cold. No heat. Found gas line and gas meter disconnected. Contacted Ft. Lowell Realty inquired why the heating has not been fixed yet. The cost of the repair for the plumbing was too high. Ft. Lowell realty waiting for another bid from Coronado Plumbing. Ft. Lowell Realty issued occupant a temporary heater while the gas line and heating is repaired.
07/24/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Contacted by Silverado Plumbing they have schedule to repair the plumbing system per the Tenant's request to be fixed on 1/16/24 in the am.
02/27/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Followed up with resident at #7 the gas has not been turned on. Resident still does not have heating, hot water or use of the gas stove.
