On site at property. Homeowner has made good progress on cleaning front of property and is no longer obstructing the sidewalk area pathway at this time. What is left is some outdoor storage maintaince and palm tree fronds being within 10 ft. of a structure and an overgrown mesquite tree in front of property. Spoke to homeowner over the phone, said he will get to it, showed compliance. Will follow up. |
