I KNOCKED ON THE DOOR AND AGAIN RECEIVED NO ANSWER. I AGAIN CONTACTED THE OWNER WHO TOLD ME HE HAD ASKED MAINTANENCE TO CONTACT ME WHEN THEY WENT OUT TO THE UNIT. JUST AFTER TALKING TO THE OWNER I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE PROPERTY MANAGER WHO STATED IT WAS NOT A DAMAGED SEWER LINE BUT A DAMAGED HOTWATER HEATER, IT WAS ORDERED AND WILL BE REPLACED TODAY 10/27/2023.. I NEVER ENTERED THE UNIT TO INSPECT WHAT THE ISSUE ACTUALLY WAS. I DID RECEIVE A TEXT FROM THE OCCUPANT AT 6:11 PM AFTER I WAS OFF WORK, OCCUPANT STATED HE WAITED FIRST TO SO THAT HE COULD DHK THE SITUATION AND FOUND IT HAD BEEN FIXED. I WAS NEVER ABLE TO ACCESS THE UNIT TO CONDUCT A INSPECTION AND THEREFORE NOT SURE WHAT THE ISSUE WAS, SINK AND TOILET BACK UP, SEWER LINE BACK UP OR HOT WATER HEATER DAMAGED. INSPECTION NEVER CONDUCTED AND NOV NOT ISSUED. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE |
