The property is a vacant lot with a lot of tires inside a chain link fenced area. Did talk to the owner and the property was rented out and they have been told to leave and left the tires. The owner has already remove over a 1000 tires and have approx. 800 tires left. There is some trash and debris outside the fenced area and have that picked up. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
