On site with owner. He stated the current tenants will be evicted. He is going through the court process. He will not have a group home anymore and will rent to a family. There were additions done to the structure that would required permits. Added a kitchen area with refrigerator, stove, sink cabinets. Also added next to the kitchen was a bathtub, sink and toilet. A Backroom was added with no permit. Shade structure was added to the rear of property. |
