Occupant has been advised the property’s zoning prohibits camping in a R-2 zoned property. The occupant was very cooperative, immediately disconnected all utilities. Notice of violation has been issued and acknowledged by the occupant to cease and desist all non-residential activities from existing on the property. The travel trailer has been posted to keep vacant a copy of the signed notice was left with the occupant. Case closed. |
