Travel trailer parked in the front side yard is being used to live it. There are utilities connected to this travel trailer. Occupant has been advised the property’s zoning prohibits camping in a R-2 zoned property. The occupant was very cooperative, immediately disconnected all utilities. Notice of violation has been issued and acknowledged by the occupant to cease and desist all non-residential activities from existing on the property. The travel trailer has been posted to keep vacant a copy of the signed notice was left with the occupant. Case closed. |
