Contacted owner. Owner states he has hired a Plumber and will have the plumbing system fixed by Monday 10/17/23. Owner also gave me a time line of the issue: Monday 10/9/23 - He snaked the plumbing system and fixed the problem. Wednesday - Morning he snaked the system again and provided the occupant with a bottle of Drain-O (2 units affected) Thursday 10/12/23 He asked the occupant to put her dog away so he could work on the plumbing. Occupant agreed. Stated he hired a Plumber to fix the plumbing problem. Contacted Occupant who complained. Informed the Occupant that owner states he hired a Plumber to fix the plumbing issue. Plumber is going to be there in the late afternoon. Let Occupant know I will follow up on Monday 10/17/23. |
