Contacted Occupant regarding the plumbing system. Occupant states the tub has not been fixed yet. Met with Occupant regarding the plumbing. Tub has been removed and is sitting on it's side in the bathroom. Part of the dry wall was removed and replaced with green board. Occupant also stated the vent above the stove is dropping debris into her food when she cooks. Issued a notice of violation on site to the owner. Gave owner 24 hours to fix both the issued or a citation will be issued. Advised the owner to make sure the plumbing and vent are properly fixed. This is a SECTION 8 property. Well send Section 8 a notice of the problem. |
