Complaint: Property smells of aersols/paint is very strong in the air. Met w/property owner? He states he doesn't paint on site. However, it appears he may possibly be painting on site. Building advertises Paint & Body Shop. Let owner know I would do some research on the property and will send out a notice to him. Research finds: No CofO for the Paint & Body Shop and the Site plan does not reflect the current configuration of the property today. Will send owner a NOV to obtain a CofO and approved site plan. |
