1109 AM - Arrived and found chain-link fence chained and padlocked shut. Can see front home, windows are boarded. The security door on front home appears ajar, but unable to see if the door behind it is open. Yelled out to home, no one answered. Unable to see the rear unit from the right of way. Called listed number two times, got message call cannot be completed. Unable to access property to verify complaint at this time. -VM |
