The flooring has been caulked to the wall in the water heater closet. The bedroom referenced was a piece of rubber wall base which is attached to the bathtub in the bathroom. It is flush with the floor but there are gaps where it meets the curve of the tub. There is nothing defective although rubber wall base is not typically installed in this application. Tenant states he has no holes in his wall. Will close case. -VM |
