Entire property is full of trash and debris. Very strong odor from the street due to the trash and debris. Knocked at front door and front window, there was no answer. Looked inside front window, there is trash and debris scattered throughout living area. Did see flies swarming the trash and debris through the window inside the home. Could hear water running from somewhere on the property. Tucson water arrived and confirmed the property is not to have water service. Called and spoke to TEP, who confirmed no active electric at property. Tucson water was able to get water off. Posted Red Tag Unsafe to Occupy and posted Notice to Vacate and 30 day Notice for trash and debris. Notice of violation to follow for work without permits. -VM |
