Went to the site and check on what structures are on the property. Has a wood frame porch in the rear of the structure unit 413 and 415. Has a room added to the east side of 411 to the property line. Did check the aerials and has been there since before 1998 with no change since then. The stucco may have been re-done and no permit required for the stucco. At this time the case will be closed until advised to that more information given on the structures. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
