244 PM - Met on site w/ Maintenance Director. Loose stucco has been removed. There are no cracked structural members visible at this time. Permits will still be required for repairs due to being a commercial property. Area does not have any loose plaster that would be likely to cause a hazard at this time. Will close case. -VM |
