137 PM - Previously advised owner of complaints and issues with graffiti, homeless and trash while working case CE-VIO0623-04052. Did receive a voicemail from owner stating work was completed. Inspected property, the graffiti at rear of building and trash and debris at rear of building has been removed. One area of graffiti on side fence. Business owner of the rear unit was on site and chased off a homeless person sitting behind the store. Windows are boarded due to vehicle hitting building, there is an Issued permit TC-COM-0723-01727 for repairs. -VM |
