PROPERTIES TO BOTH THE EAST AND THE WEST HAVE CHAIN LINK FENCES FROM THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE CONTINUOS TO THE SOUTH PROPERTY LINE. IF I WERE STANDING IN THE 102 MOHAVE PARKING LOT, EACH ONE OF THESE FENCES WOULD BE OUTSIDE OF THE BLOCK WALL OWNED BY THE 102 MOHAVE COMPLEX AND NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE OWNER FOR 102 E MOHAVE. THE SOUTH CHAIN LINK FENCE APPEARS TO BELONG TO THE PROPERTY OWNER TO THE SOUTH WAS INSTALLED AND ATTACHED TO THE EXISTING CHAIN LINK FENCE ON THE EAST AND WEST SIDES OF 102. CARS PARKING IN THE PARKING AREA SOUTH OF THE 102 MOHAVE PROPERTY HAVE OBVIOUSLY BACKED INTO THE POSTS OF THIS FENCE AND BENT THE POSTS INWARD TOWARDS THE 102 MOHAVE PROPERTY. THE CHAIN LINK FENCES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ABUTTING PROPERTIES TO THE EAST, WEST AND SOUTH PROPERTY OWNERS. THERE ARE NO VIOLAITONS. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
