TPD CALL OUT - standard of living. Vacant property with rodent infestation, 2 dogs being kept inside. Dog feces, urine, excessive refuse and debris throughout interior and exterior of property. Overgrown weeds and grass over 6 inches in height throughout property, overgrown vegetation and trees obstructing right of way and growing into street. Hazardous chemicals being stored on property, interior and exterior. Cinder blocks added to top of wall all around the property, not secure and no permits for extension of wall. There are 3 inoperable vehicles on the property, red Toyota pickup, red jeep in carport, white jeep on back. Verified with SWGAS no gas at the property, TEP - meter booted and cut the electric at the pole. Interior - no drywall on any walls or the ceiling, exposed wiring and plumbing. there are 4 mini splits installed without permits. Boarded up structure, owner agreed since he was not capable of doing so. Notice of Emergency Abatement and Order to Vacate and NOV posted onsite. All repairs to be completed by a licensed contractor with permits. |
