Tenant Angela allowed me access at 9:15am opn 10/1. Ongoing roof construction appears to be taking place. the address of the unit is actually 3430 E Blacklidge. The bathroom floor on the northern most portion of the home ahs play in the floor, allegedly caused by water backing up. The door facing north has severe damage and is splintered and the doorframe it is in has severe damage. the window frame to the south ofthe kitchen is water damaged and squishy to the touch, it has been painted over but is rotten from water damage. There is drywall damage in the hallway's ceiling and closet ceiling of the spare room. The living room wall shared between the living room and spare bedroom moves and shifts when touched. There are cracks in the plaster of the exterior walls on the southern facing and western facing walls. |
