I originally inspected this property on 9/25/2026 for an issue regarding the toilets backing up into the unit. At the time of the inspection that concern was taken care of onsite with the property manager, the maintenance supervisor and myself. However, while I was there I noticed two cockroaches on the floor of the bathroom - I inquired with management about the roach issue and they showed me their pest control logs and told me they would start pest control remediation in that unit the following Tuesday the 29th. Having not heard anything from the apartment manager or the tenant I called the tenant today October 13th. The tenant let me know the roaches were still a concern. I will issue an NOV as of today and follow up with the apartment complex. |
