Date Description Inspector Results Comments
10/07/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation On site with inspector JZ and later TPD, inspected the property and observed multiple violations throughout the residence and exterior areas of the property. Observed individuals over 10 people occupying the residence and using the structure as living quarters, including sleeping accommodations, clothing, food, personal belongings, and other household items. I also observed that the property did not have an active water service which is a requirement per the City codes, also broken electrical fixtures and exposed wires.

During my inspection, I observed excessive accumulation of trash, debris, discarded materials, and personal belongings throughout the interior and exterior of the property. Excessive storage and clutter obstructing interior access and circulation areas. I also observed deteriorated and damaged walls and ceilings, damaged building components, and other unsafe and unsanitary conditions throughout the residence.

Further observed an unsanitary swimming pool containing green/stagnant water, creating an additional health and safety concern. The overall condition of the property was severely deteriorated and cluttered, with conditions indicating that the residence was being occupied despite the lack of water service.

Due to the lack of water service and the unsafe and unsanitary conditions observed during my inspection determined that the property was not suitable for occupancy. I condemned the property, cut the electrical power off by calling TEP " meter removed" and secured the residence by screwing the exterior doors shut to prevent unauthorized entry and further occupancy.
