Siding damaged, wood framing walls for storage room, dry walls, insulation, soffit, water heater damaged by fire. Rental property also has 3 junk motor vehicles, makeshift fence, two dead trees, tall grass and weeds, refuse and storage on lot, A Licensed Electrician , Plumber, Contractor and Permits are required for the repairs to the rental property. Issued notice to vacate, permits required, notice to remove weeds, refuse, storage room located dead trees and 3 jmvs on the lot. |
