Inspector onsite was not able to verify pool issue from the right-of-way. Complainant was contacted where it turned out that the complaint was initially referred to Code Enforcement from the Pima County Health Department. Pima County has since been in contact with homeowner and report that issue has been abated. Case will be closed. |
