At the time of the inspection there were several dogs found to be at the property both on the interior and exterior of the home. The subject property was found to be in violation of Tucson's Chapter 16 Neighborhood Preservation Ordinance for an excess of stored items in the front yard visible from the street and neighboring properties. There were a minor amount of weeds and vegetation higher than 6 inches found at the front property line. Additionally, live rodents were spotted on the property under the carport in pots. |
