On site at property, Tpd on scene. There is damage to structure isolated to southwest side of property. There is damage to interior drywall, exterior , fascia, roof, stucco, insulation, possible structural damage to wood framing, structure support on SW side has been damaged. The rear porch area has been damaged including support, in addition brick wall around property has been damaged. Property owner signed indemnification form and emergency abatement. Owner will secure property.NOV hand-delivered at property to owner. property is condemned at this time until structural engineer has inspected and approved structure. All utilities are still active and have not been affected. |
