Onsite Inspector observed a seemingly vacant/abandoned property due to the gas shut off notice attached to the front door dated (06/25). The property had an accumulation of overgrown weeds/grass in the front/back yards and abutting sidewalk, refuse/debris/greenwaste/palm fronds in the front yard, a fabce in a state of disrepair on the left side of the property, and exposed ceiling under the front patio. Notice of Violation will be issued. |
