On site at the facility, I was given a tour of the inside and outside. The business does have goats on site and where the goats are housed, does abut the neighboring property. In fact, the hay fromthe goats does slightly encroach onto the neighboring property, as well as, some small amount of goat feces will come through the chain link fence. I advised the owners management team to get soe privacy screening or something that will cover the sight if the goats , as well as, any associated food or waste. Management acknowledged and agreed to do what they can to eliminate the problem |
