Inspector on site observed an accumulation of overgrown weeds/grass in the front/back yard and a abutting sidewalk. There is a tree from the property obstructing the sidewalk. The back yard gate into the alley is in a state of disrepair (missing). Water heater closet observed from alley is in a state of disrepair (door off hinges). Excessive trash in backyard was not present. Notice of Violation will be issued. |
