Follow-up inspection was conducted and it was observed that no violation had been resolved since the initial inspection. There is now a large tree branch fallen from the tree further obstructing the sidewalk. Inspector attempted to call owner but was not able to leave a voicemail. A follow-up visit will be conducted on 10/26/26 to see about hand delivering the Notice or to post it on the door. |

Due to no contact from owner a follow-up visit was conducted to attempt in person owner contact. Attempt was unsuccessful. Copy of Notice of Violation was posted to the front door. Inspector will wait 1 week's time for owner contact before escalating further. |
