Vehicle parked in the right of way on the west side of the property lot. Long neck hauler parked in the front right-of-way directly in front of the property. Fence panels placed at the front end of the property lot in the front right-of-way area, tall grass and weeds in the front right-of-way and on the west side of the property lot in the right-of-way area. Large metal storage container located in the west side yard. Site plan approved on 11/13/12 TC12CM072004 Does not match the current day configuration. Also found the site plan did not include the block wall located on the property. Found the block wall was built between 2017-2018. Wall is 10 cinder blocks high with a cap stone approximately 84 inches or 7ft in height. No permits or zoning approval on file for the wall. |
