Onsite inspector observed an offensive smell from the public right-of-way seemingly coming from the property's backyard due to an accumulation of dog feces. While on property, it was also observed that there was a dead tree in the back yard, an accumulation of weeds/grass in the front yard and abutting sidewalk, and an accumulation of outdoor storage on the left side of the house. A Notice of Violation will be issued. |
