Onsite at property. Observed accumulation and untended growth of weeds ( buffelgrass) and vegetation exceeding 6 inches in height throughout the property and abutting areas, including alley. Also observed within the carport area was a discarded sofa and miscellaneous bedroom furniture. Additional items were stored within the carport, however, the contents could not clearly be observed or identified from the public right of way. |
