Spoke to occupant. Occupant stated he is not allowing the Maintenance to come into the apartment to fix the issues because he wants Code Enforcement to see the issues first. Take Property Management with me to view the issues occupant is concerned about. AC is working but is dripping water, when it rains outside the water pours though onto the floor where the AC vent is located, roaches (I saw 2 (1) dead (1) live). Baseboard in dining area has come loose. |
