1119 AM - Roosters on site verified by hearing them crow. Did locate an apparent enclosure in the west side yard. Trash and debris in the rear yard. Unable to verify any electrical work done. Unable to verify property has an infestation of rats. Did not observe any gray water escaping onto or off the property. Spoke with owner who states she does not have rats and has not had any electrical work done. She was advised 15 days to remove trash and debris and to dispense with the roosters. -VM |
