Follow-up inspection was conducted and it was observed that the sidewalk obstruction had been taken care of, however the rest of the violations were still unresolved. Spoke with the owner onsite who states that she will be taking care of the vegetation today and will be purchasing a car cover to cover the inoperable vehicle while she works on selling it. Regarding the outdoor storage in the carport, she requested a citation to take the matter up with a judge. Research will be done regarding past court hearing before a citation is issued. A follow-up will be scheduled for the other violations. |
