The fence must be removed, replaced or repaired to the most current and applicable building standards per Tucson's United Development Code and Chapter 16 of the Neighborhood Preservation Ordinance. Failure to comply within 30 days will result in a citation to the property owner.

Additionally, at the time of the inspection there was trash, refuse and debris located at the rear of the property and at the easement on the SOUTH side facing W San Juan Trail.
