POroperty had functional hot water, however upon further inspection it appears that the hot water heater was installed without permits or inspections. Additionally, concrete decoritive tiles are falling off the wall around the front door, There are cracks and chips in the stucco all around the exterior of the house, there is a section of the roof that lacks bird boards to prevent pests (this must be added per IRC Sec R806.1 which Tucson adopted in 2000), the shed in the back is dilapidated and unpermitted. In the front of the proeprty, there are large decretive tiles that have fallen off the front wall and left there. |
