On site at property, Tpd on scene. Damage is isolated to carport area. there is damage to exterior walls to include stucco and wood framing to include frame anchors. There is also damaged to interior walls to include drywall possible structural damage to wood membranes that appear to shifted, and insulation. main structure is not condemned at this time only carport area for emergency abatement no utilities are affected and remain active. emergency abatement, and NOV posted in front of property. Property secured by Tpd. all repairs require permits and licensed contractor. |
