On site, grass and weeds exceeds six inches in height on the sidewalks and alley area abutting this address, storage throughout the front yard visible from the ROW, Many vehicles in the front and back yard some operable and some inoperable, tenant stated no auto repair shop couple vehicles belongs to his friend that he is helping him with, some are inoperable with flat tires, damage or missing parts visible from the ROW, One of the vehicles was obstructing the sidewalk, educated about keeping inoperable vehicles and repairs, tenant text me insurance info for 5 vehicles that all belongs to him and his wife, sent notice of violation for the owner to get in compliance for the violations. |
