Onsite inspection conducted at 1109 N. 11th Avenue at the request of multi agency investigation. Observed at the scene were egress violations, health and safety issues, structural damage and deterioration and electrical deficiencies. Prohibited storage accumulated in front yard, unscreened storage in the rear yard. Accumulated trash and debris throughout the property. A makeshift structure in the rear yard used as a living structure. Within this structure is a multi port surge protector energizing an air conditioner being energized with an extension cord in lieu of permanent wiring. A water heater was observed with a manufacture date of 2020 and appeared to not be properly installed with applicable permits and in a non code compliant manner. Will conduct further review of City code to determine any additional permitting or code violations. |
